Cookies on Neverusedparts
When you use the Neverusedparts app or website (together, “Neverusedparts”), we and our partners may store information on your device or access information already stored there using cookies and similar technologies. Some of this information may be personal data.
We use these technologies to make Neverusedparts work, keep it secure, understand how it is used, remember your choices and, where you allow it, personalise content and ads.

What cookies are

Cookies

What data cookies collect
Depending on how you use Neverusedparts, cookies and similar technologies may collect or generate different types of data:

Cookies and similar technologies on Neverusedparts serve different purposes depending on their type.

These cookies are needed for Neverusedparts to work properly. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
Sale of Personal Data
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information to third parties. These cookies collect information for analytics and to personalize your experience with targeted ads. You may exercise your right to opt out of the sale of personal information by using this toggle switch. If you opt out we will not be able to offer you personalised ads and will not hand over your personal information to any third parties. Additionally, you may contact our legal department for further clarification about your rights as a California consumer by using this Exercise My Rights link. If you have enabled privacy controls on your browser (such as a plugin), we have to take that as a valid request to opt-out. Therefore we would not be able to track your activity through the web. This may affect our ability to personalize ads according to your preferences.
- Targeting Cookies
These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. They do not store directly personal information, but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.
- Performance Cookies
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.
Functional Cookies
These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
Rokt Advertising
Neverusedparts may share your personal data (such as your purchase activity and geolocation data) with our partner Rokt. This company might use it to personalise your experience on the Neverusedparts platform with relevant ads from third parties based on your interests.
First-party targeting preferences
Allows Neverusedparts to use first-party data to serve targeted advertisements and build a profile of your interests. Rejecting the consent means you will still experience advertising, however it will be less tailored to you.
Third-party cookies
Please see our Cookie Settings for a full and up-to-date list of third parties, links to their privacy notices, the purposes for which they set cookies, and how long their cookies stay on your device.
Our consent tool may use the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) or a similar industry framework. If so, you may see a broader list of vendors than the ones actually used on Neverusedparts. This does not mean that every vendor shown is setting cookies or receiving data from Neverusedparts. The vendors actually used on Neverusedparts are the ones identified in our Cookie Settings.
Your choices
You have several options for managing cookies and similar technologies, depending on what they are used for:
Cookie settings
When you open Neverusedparts for the first time, return after a while, or use our website in private/incognito mode, you will see a cookie notice. It will let you review and manage the cookie choices available to you.

If you’re not signed in, we remember your choice by setting an opt-out cookie or a similar local setting on your browser or device.
If you are signed in, we save your choice to your Neverusedparts account so that it can be applied across all devices linked to your account, subject to technical feasibility. Some changes on mobile devices may only take effect after the app refreshes.
Browser and device settings
You can also control cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings.

Please note:
- blocking or deleting all cookies may affect how parts of Neverusedparts work, and any opt-out cookies that record your previous choices will also be removed;
- browser settings may not control all non-cookie technologies, such as SDKs;
- on mobile devices, changes to your settings may not take effect immediately and may require the app to refresh;
- if you use more than one browser or device, you may need to update your settings on each one, unless your choice is linked to your account.

These tools are provided by the relevant third parties, and their availability or effectiveness may depend on your browser, device or region.
Additional information for U.S. residents
